This renovation project consist of re-cladding on top of the existing brkck facade, public lobby space and ground level plaza right outside of the Chohyung-gwan, Formative Art Department, Design College at Kookmin University. The combination of materials, such as low-e glass, frit glass, shadow box and limestone, provide better light condition and emphasizes the horizontal patterned facade. The uninviting exposed concrete plaza is replaced with granite and limestone and will serve as a new gathering place for the Design College.
